Stay Hostel operates as a curated digital marketplace and discovery platform connecting verified hostel/PG operators ("Hostel Owners") with students, interns, and working professionals seeking accommodation ("Residents").

• Users must be at least 18 years of age or possess guardian authorization to reserve a bed independently.
• You agree to provide true, current, and accurate identification details (full legal name, authentic phone number, and valid email).
• Providing false names or fabricated contact details constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate cancellation of booking vouchers without refund.

• Mandatory Government ID: At physical check-in, residents must present their original government identity card (Aadhaar/PAN/Passport) for local police verification records as mandated by Telangana state safety norms.
• Property Rules & Curfews: Residents agree to abide by individual hostel timings, visitor protocols, noise curfews, and dining mess schedules established by the property warden.
• Prohibited Substances: Possession or consumption of illegal drugs, narcotics, firearms, or hazardous chemicals is strictly prohibited on all partner properties and will lead to immediate eviction and police reporting without refund.
• Property Care: Residents are expected to use hostel assets, furniture, electrical appliances, and fixtures responsibly. Wilful damage will be assessed and deducted from security deposits.

While Stay Hostel inspects partner properties and verifies operational trade licenses, the daily operations, food preparation hygiene, and on-premise security remain under the direct control of the independent hostel management.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Stay Hostel's aggregate liability for any claims arising out of a booking shall be strictly limited to the booking fee or commission amount received by Stay Hostel for the transaction in dispute.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any legal dispute or arbitration arising from the use of stayhostel.online, the courts situated in Hyderabad / Rangareddy District, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
